By selecting ACCEPT, continuing to browse, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms with legal effect.

本規約は「ACCEPT」の選択または利用の継続により、法的拘束力を伴って合意されたものとみなします。

Article 01

Scope & Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to all pages and content on tranexion.co.jp (“the Site”), operated by TRANEXION LLC (ＴＲＡＮＥＸＩＯＮ合同会社) (“we,” “us”).

By selecting ACCEPT, continuing to browse, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

The authoritative version of these Terms is Japanese. If a translation differs, the Japanese text prevails.

適用範囲および規約の言語

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、TRANEXION合同会社（以下「当社」）が運営するウェブサイト tranexion.co.jp（以下「本サイト」）の全ページおよびコンテンツの利用に関し、利用者と当社との間に適用されます。

利用者は、本サイトへアクセスし、「ACCEPT（承認）」を選択するか、閲覧・検索等の利用を継続することにより、本規約のすべての条項に法的拘束力を伴って同意したものとみなされます。同意しない場合は、直ちに利用を中断してください。

本規約の正本は日本語とします。他言語版と解釈が異なる場合は、日本語版を優先します。

Article 02

Intellectual Property

§ 1 — Spatial Intelligence Package

Site content is not merely “AI-generated images.” Each work is a Spatial Intelligence Package: image, Architectural Narrative, and Slot-ID (coordinate data) integrated under our four-axis system (CATEGORY × PHENOMENON × NUANCE × REGION). We hold copyright and related rights in these packages, including as a compiled database where applicable.

§ 2 — Ownership

We retain rights in Site content. Sharing on social platforms as described in Article 03 is welcome and does not transfer ownership. Except for high-resolution (8K) file redistribution and uses discouraged in Articles 03–04, we do not intend these Terms to discourage ordinary social sharing that helps users discover tranexion.co.jp.

知的財産および空間知能パッケージ

§ 1 — 空間知能パッケージ（Spatial Intelligence Package）

本サイトのコンテンツは単なる「AI生成画像」ではありません。各作品は、画像・Architectural Narrative（建築的物語）・Slot-ID（座標データ）が、当社独自の4軸座標系（CATEGORY × PHENOMENON × NUANCE × REGION）に基づき統合された空間知能パッケージとして定義されます。当社は、これらについて著作権および関連権（データベースの著作物としての権利を含む）を有します。

§ 2 — 権利帰属

当社は本サイトコンテンツに関する権利を有します。第3条に定めるSNS等での共有を歓迎します。当該共有により所有権が移転することはありません。高解像度（8K）ファイルの再配布および第3条・第4条で望ましくないとされる利用を除き、tranexion.co.jp への発見を助ける通常のSNS共有を妨げる目的で本規約を解釈しないものとします。

Article 03

Permitted Sharing (Distribution-First)

TRANEXION is built for discovery. Sharing images widely helps homeowners and design professionals find us. WORKS VERTICAL (2:3) and WORKS (16:9) are both meant to travel on social platforms; the sections below describe what we welcome and what we ask you to avoid.

§ 1 — WORKS (VERTICAL & 16:9) — open social sharing

Anyone may share WORKS VERTICAL (2:3) and WORKS (16:9) images on Pinterest, Instagram, X, and similar platforms, including for personal or professional presentation (such as client proposals and sales conversations). Pinning, reposting, and linking back to tranexion.co.jp are welcome. Attribution to TRANEXION is recommended but not required.

§ 2 — High-resolution (8K) files

Redistributing high-resolution (8K) image files — re-hosting, selling, or bulk distribution outside the Site — is not permitted without our written consent. Access to WORKS on the Site does not grant a license to redistribute 8K files.

§ 3 — Saving to Pinterest

Each WORKS page offers a Save to Pinterest button. Pins saved this way link back to the original page on tranexion.co.jp. You may collect saved WORKS in your own Pinterest boards and share those boards with homeowners, architects, and interior designers as a record of design preferences. Your use of Pinterest itself is governed by the terms of Pinterest.

§ 4 — Attribution

When you share, a link to tranexion.co.jp or a credit to TRANEXION helps others discover the full experience. We appreciate it; we do not require it for social posts under § 1.

TRANEXION は、作品が世界に広がることで、施主や設計・営業の方に届くことを前提としています。WORKS VERTICAL（2:3）も WORKS（16:9）も SNS での拡散を歓迎します。以下に、歓迎する共有とお控えいただきたい利用を定めます。

§ 1 — WORKS（VERTICAL & 16:9）— オープンなSNS共有

WORKS VERTICAL（2:3）および WORKS（16:9）の画像は、Pinterest・Instagram・X 等のSNSへの投稿・ピン・リポストを誰でも行って構いません。施主への提案・営業資料等の個人または業務上の共有も歓迎します。tranexion.co.jp へのリンク付き共有を歓迎します。出典表示（TRANEXION）は推奨しますが、必須ではありません。

§ 2 — 高解像度（8K）ファイル

高解像度（8K）画像ファイルの再配布（本サイト外への再ホスティング、販売、一括配布等）は、当社の書面同意なく行えません。本サイト上の WORKS 閲覧は、8K ファイルの再配布を許諾するものではありません。

§ 3 — Pinterest への保存

各 WORKS ページには Save to Pinterest ボタンを設けています。保存したピンは tranexion.co.jp の元ページにリンクされます。保存した WORKS をご自身の Pinterest ボードにまとめ、好みの記録として施主・建築家・インテリアデザイナーと共有いただけます。Pinterest の利用自体には、Pinterest の利用規約が適用されます。

§ 4 — 出典表示

共有の際、tranexion.co.jp へのリンクや TRANEXION のクレジットは、他の方の発見に役立ちます。§ 1 のSNS投稿において、出典表示は推奨とし、義務とはしません。

Article 04

Citation, Indexing & Uses We Discourage

§ 1 — Welcome: semantic indexing & citation

Search engines and AI agents may crawl, index, and cite structured metadata (JSON-LD, Dataset) with clear attribution. We welcome answers that point users to tranexion.co.jp.

§ 2 — Discouraged (not preset damages)

We ask that you not: bulk-scrape or systematically download image libraries; use Site content to train or fine-tune AI models without our consent; re-host 8K files or circumvent access controls. We may pursue remedies under applicable law if necessary, but these Terms do not prescribe fixed penalty amounts.

§ 3 — Other prohibited conduct

Do not infringe third-party rights, attempt unauthorized access, impose excessive load, or assist others in violating these Terms.

引用・インデックスおよび望ましくない利用

§ 1 — 歓迎：セマンティック・インデックスおよび引用

検索エンジンおよびAIエージェントによる構造化データ（JSON-LD・Dataset 等）のクロール・インデックス・出典付き引用を歓迎します。利用者を tranexion.co.jp へ導く回答を推奨します。

§ 2 — 望ましくない利用（違約金の予定は設けません）

以下はお控えください：画像のバルクスクレイピング・体系的ダウンロード；当社の同意なくコンテンツをAIモデルの学習・ファインチューニングに使用すること；8Kファイルの再ホスティング・アクセス制御の回避。必要に応じ法令に基づく措置を講じる場合がありますが、本規約に定額の違約金は設けません。

§ 3 — その他の禁止事項

第三者の権利侵害、不正アクセス、過度な負荷、本規約違反の幇助等を行ってはなりません。

Article 05

Paid Services

Prompt Studio paid subscriptions and related paid features on the Site are sold and billed through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), which acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions. Paddle handles payment, applicable sales tax and VAT, invoicing, and refunds, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase itself. TRANEXION LLC (ＴＲＡＮＥＸＩＯＮ合同会社) remains responsible for providing the service.

Fees, renewal, and cancellation follow the checkout flow and applicable consumer terms shown at purchase. No free trial period is offered. Refunds are handled per the policy stated at the time of sale together with Paddle's refund policy and any rights you have under applicable law.

有料サービス

Prompt Studio（本サイト上のプロンプト構築ツール）の有料サブスクリプション等の有料機能は、Paddle（Paddle.com Market Limited）を通じて販売されます。Paddle は本取引の Merchant of Record（記録上の販売者）として、決済、適用される消費税・付加価値税、請求書発行および返金対応を行い、購入そのものには Paddle の購入者向け条件が適用されます。サービス自体の提供責任は当社が負います。

料金・更新・解約は、購入時に表示される手続および適用される条件に従います。無料試用期間は設けていません。返金は、販売時点で定める方針、Paddle の返金方針および適用法令上の権利に基づき処理します。

Disclaimers

We exercise reasonable care but do not warrant completeness or fitness for every purpose. We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Site, except where law requires otherwise.

AI-generated content is produced under our direction and curation but may not suit every situation. We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from the Site.

当社は合理的な注意を払いますが、内容の完全性・特定目的への適合性を保証しません。法令上必要な場合を除き、本サイトの利用または利用不能に起因する損害について、当社は責任を負いません。

Article 07

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kobe or Osaka District Court (or corresponding summary court), as appropriate by amount in controversy.

準拠法および管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。本規約または本サイトの利用に関する紛争については、訴額に応じ、神戸地方裁判所または大阪地方裁判所（および対応する簡易裁判所）を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Article 08

Amendments

We may revise these Terms without prior notice when necessary. The revised Terms take effect upon posting on the Site. Please review them periodically.

規約の改定

当社は、必要と判断した場合、利用者への事前通知なく本規約を変更できます。改定後の規約は、本サイトに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。利用者は定期的に本規約を確認する責任を負います。
