Refund Policy/返金ポリシー

All payments for TRANEXION Prompt Studio subscriptions are processed byPaddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), which acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions. Paddle handles billing, applicable sales tax and VAT, invoicing, and refunds. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase itself, and TRANEXION LLC (ＴＲＡＮＥＸＩＯＮ合同会社) remains responsible for providing the service.

TRANEXION Prompt Studio is a digital subscription service. Access to the application is granted immediately upon successful payment. Because the product is a digital service with no physical component and access is provided immediately, refunds are not issued as a general rule once a subscription period has begun.

This policy does not override any statutory rights granted by applicable law, including consumer protection regulations in your jurisdiction. Where local law provides a right of withdrawal or refund, that right takes precedence. Paddle's refund policy, available on Paddle's website, also applies and may provide for refunds in certain circumstances.

Because Paddle acts as Merchant of Record, refund requests are processed through Paddle. Paddle's standard refund policy and applicable law govern whether a refund is issued. TRANEXION does not process refunds directly.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Paddle directly via the link in your billing receipt, or contact TRANEXION atinfo@tranexion.co.jp and we will facilitate the process with Paddle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through thePaddle customer portal, linked in your billing receipt or subscription confirmation email from Paddle.

Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period.
• Access to TRANEXION Prompt Studio continues until the last day of the current paid billing period.
• No refund is issued for the unused remainder of the billing period in which you cancel.

Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current calendar month. Annual subscribers who cancel retain access until the end of the 12-month period already paid for.

No free trial period is offered for TRANEXION Prompt Studio. By subscribing, you acknowledge that access begins immediately and that the no-refund policy described in Article 2 applies from the start of your subscription.
